The renovated 600 sq ft house has a large deck with hot tub, bbq, and partial ocean views and is situated on 3/4 of an acre of land. We are a minute walk away from the beach, and a very short drive or 15 minute walk to the Gumboot and the Heart of The Creek. There is a bus stop directly in front of our place for those taking public transit, and about a 20 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal.
