'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. We have lived in this region all of our lives and are happy to help out with any queries.

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
