The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

We're a 34-minute drive to the South of Possum Kingdom Lake, a 10 minute drive to Palo Pinto lake, and a 27 minute drive to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
