This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants & a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in front of the house & around.

Welcome to my holiday home Situated a 100 steps from an award winning beautiful sandy beach stretching 2 miles. 3 Bedrooms 2 with double beds and a small third bedroom with a Single Futon bed with the Bathroom is located on the ground floor. This is a well equipped self catering home suitable for families or couples. Towels and bedding will be supplied. A local Morrisons supermarket is within close walking distance. Pets are allowed with a fee of £10 per night paying cash on arrival.

With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.
