WEEKEND SPECIAL -Visit Cobblestone Corner and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo in this perfectly located home. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath, and a washer and dryer. There is a walk-out patio with furniture for relaxing or eating while you enjoy the privacy of the backyard.

Enjoy this new, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. (even help feed them, if you'd like) You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

This charming cottage is family-friendly, complete with a game room, including an air hockey/pool table, Pop-a-Shot basketball game and card table, and on the second floor, a kid's clubhouse and double twin over full bed with a slide. For mom and dad, a king-sized bed for comfort.

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. Enjoy 500 sq ft of living space inside the cabin that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bunk room and full bathroom. Our cabin has heating, AC and electric over looking 84 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass. NOTE: Our cabins are truly a GETAWAY as we do NOT have any wi-fi or TV in them. You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
