Relax and enjoy the intracoastal and beach lifestyle at this 2 bed 2 bath condo that sleeps up to five in Indian Shores. Features an intracoastal view from the living room as well as the master bedroom. We are also just steps away from the beach! Condo features a very open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, dining/game table, plus breakfast bar. The living room has large glass doors and extra long balcony to enjoy the water view. Also has a community dock, and heated pool with restrooms.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Historic Holly House on Treasure Island

This charming Beach Cottage is located in the Coney Island area of Treasure Island. This unique set of Key West Style beach cottages are on the beach block only STEPS to the beach! This awesome beach cottage, known as The Historic Holly House, has some unique history. In 1961 the New York Yankees rented out all the cottages in this Coney Island area for spring training. This cottage was the one the Home Run King Roger Maris stayed in before he went on to hit 61 home runs that season.
