Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

The house is located on the water (Vliet). 3 bedrooms maximum 4 people. 6 people are possible, but an additional rate applies. Boat rental possible.

The building is situated in the inner courtyard of a 19th century building block and therefor very quiet and calm. The house is centrally located, close to the Central Station and the city centre. The house a spacious kitchen of 5 metres high, a big living and 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. For young children we have a cot.
