A colourful, creative 3 storey Georgian townhouse. Located in the centre of the pretty market town of Haddington, just 25 minutes drive from Edinburgh and 10-15 minutes from many stunning beaches, countryside walks and golf courses. There are great public transport links right outside and several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll, as well as further afield in the surrounding area. Please note we have a 3 night minimum booking except Xmas and New Year, which are 4 nights.

Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

Welcome to our garden studio. Your own studio is set in our large garden with views to the Lammermuirs. Located within the historic village of Athelstanford you are at the founding site of Scotland's flag. Within a few miles, you have the market town of Haddington and to the North the beautiful seaside town of North Berwick. The nearby coastline has numerous world class golf courses, walking routes and amazing beaches. Drem or North Berwick railway stations are closest.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

Relax in our beautiful cottage with fantastic views, log burning stove, super king size bed and large walk in shower. Whether you want to be active or just relax, Howden Cottage is a great base to enjoy all the delights of East Lothian. If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.

The beautiful garden with small orchard and large area of decking is ideal for enjoying a BBQ with family or friends on a summer's evening. 4 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute to the golf course, (10% discount on green fees at local golf course for our guests).
