Anneka and Brad's cottage is a classic Fremantle gem nestled within a walled limestone garden. Surrounded by mature shady trees, this beautiful and light standalone cottage is the perfect getaway in the heart of South Fremantle. All of the materials from this cottage have been carefully sourced from the local area. With a mix of limestone, baltic pine and jarrah floorboards, this unique stay is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring the local cafes, restaurants and beaches nearby.

Tree-top retreat

Entire first floor of the house which has two light and airy bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge room. Sorry no children older than 2.5 years and younger than 12 years old. Two verandahs on which to sit and relax looking out amongst the trees, sunrise and sunset, yet so close to regular buses, South Beach and Fremantle. Large area of secure parking for 4WD sized vehicle or small caravan. Also a large grassed road verge for visitor parking and your car parking if you are towing.

The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

Freo Limestone studio

The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.

Private & Airy Garden Studio

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Enjoy modern apartment living in a relaxed and stylish space. The apartment with a garden courtyard is on the ground floor with access through a coded complex. Located in a quiet location, shopping/food is just a 2-3 min drive, the beach is 6-7 min drive away, and a park is within a short walking distance. There is a bus stop 1 min walk away which heads directly to Fremantle. Check-in is from 3pm and Check-out is by 10am.
