Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.
