The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Easy access to Sheppard Air Force base, castaway cove water park, Lucy park with bike trails and local downtown. The country chateau is a warm welcoming house that was built in 1925 and still has many of the traditional features. Hardwood floors, oven, large bath tub and large rooms. Inside you will find calm colors and a cozy feeling to relax and rest during your stay. The vintage kitchen is fully equipped.

This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

"The 34" Quiet Country Getaway on 34 acres

"The 34" is a cozy one bedroom/one bath metal cabin on 34 acres with coastal hayfields, wooded areas, 3 ponds and lots of wildlife. This is a quiet place, far from the main road, no close neighbors. You can stop in town for supplies, only a 5 minute drive to the "Finer Foods" store, or make a quick trip to Muenster and visit Fischer's Meat Market for amazing steaks, German bratwurst & specialty cheeses. Cook something on the charcoal grill (you will need to bring charcoal/lighter fluid).

A boat ramp is just a few miles away, local dining in Henrietta is 15 minutes away, and Wichita Falls is only a 30-minute drive. This very cute 825 square feet little house has all the amenities a traveler needs. Built in 1949 and just fully remodeled, it has two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bath, modern kitchen, ample living room and a large backyard. It is located in a well established moderate to low middle income neighborhood in a low traffic and very quiet street. It is 11 miles (16 minutes) from Sheppard Air Force Base. It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.

Effie's Homestead

Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath renovated guesthouse, originally built around 1900, sits on an acre on the edge of Circled Bar Ranch, 4 miles west of the city of Bowie. Spacious, inviting interior combines modern comfort with a touch of ranching family heritage. The Magnolia-Fully Remodeled Apt

Come relax at The Magnolia. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled in July 2023 and is in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located in the apartment, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and dog park.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
