Facilities: smart TV, PS4, outdoor private courtyard, shared laundry, outdoor spa (till 10pm) at rear of main house with privacy blinds. Host separate in main house. Parking space. Indoor small/medium pets welcome on short stays.

Beautiful large self-contained private apartment attached to main home, with own entrance and patio. It has a large open plan living space, with TV Netflix & Stan. A kitchenette and dining area and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette has a large fridge/freezer, an induction hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. It does not have an oven. The bedroom has a quality Queen bed and linen. The bathroom has full-size bath and shower.

Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance. We are laid-back and easy going, and are happy to hang out or give you your space.
