It's perfectly situated for accessing the Dales Way, Ilkley Moor, Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford. 15min walk to train station, 5mins to bus stop, the Dales Way access point is literally across the road.

Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping policy.
