This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Located in the Historic Park Avenue neighborhood on a quiet hilly street across from North Mountain. Stocked kitchen, fast Wifi, new comfy beds. Minutes from bathhouse row, Northwoods mountain biking, hiking, breweries and dining. 3 miles to Oaklawn. Sit on the porch, see deer in this neighborhood.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Welcome to your breezy mountain top luxury suite. Autumn is HERE! This is a completely private downstairs suite with separate entrance and driveway. Nestled in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood at 1,150 ft elevation you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Perfect for a short term visit and fully equipped for a longer stay- enjoy a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, fire pit, outdoor dining & a private driveway that leads straight to your door.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in cove will be minimal.

Lakefront Oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains you will fall in love with our beautiful sunsets and just steps away from the water. This newly renovated condo boast a King bed and is right on the water's edge. Away from the hustle and bustle yet only minutes to all the attractions and beautiful downtown Hot Springs. Perfect location if you love the outdoors. So come and relax and enjoy all Lakefront Oasis has to offer.

Tree Loft at Jack Mountain

Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
