Our Cottage is located in the picturesque Village of Harley, at the foot of the Wenlock Edge. The property is less than 5 minutes drive to Much Wenlock and close to Ironbridge, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Ludlow & Church Stretton -ideally placed for seeing the best bits of Shropshire. We are near to many great walks, National Trust/English Heritage locations and foodie highlights. We have lived in the County for 50+ years and are on hand to help and provide advice on where to visit & eat locally.

The Old Pumping Station Broseley, Ironbridge Gorge

The Old Pumping Station provides a unique industrial look with a holiday cottage feel. Set in an idyllic location between Broseley and Ironbridge. The World famous bridge being less than a mile walk. Originally housed the pumps that supplied the water uphill to the town of Broseley. Some of the original pipework and valves have become a focal point in the conversion. Fully fitted kitchen. Little Orchard - cosy cottage, beautiful views

Brimming with Character & Charm, Little Orchard is a unique victorian terraced cottage located in the heart of Bridgnorth. A few minutes walk from the historic High Street, and yet set in a quiet 'off-street' backwater that facilitates arguably one of the best views in Bridgnorth, the meandering River Severn can be seen carving its way through the landscape below. The cottage features a private -'residents-only' terrace that takes full advantage of the stunning location and views on offer.

Bernie’s Cottage

Bernie’s Cottage is located in the High Town on the immediate outskirts of Bridgnorth town centre, perfectly located for an easy five minute walk into town, 10 minutes to The Severn Valley Railway, Castle Walk, park and funicular railway. This quirky 18th century cottage over three floors has been totally refurbished .The two bedrooms include a spacious kingsize on the top floor and a cosy double on the middle floor. The cottage has parking for two cars and a sunny garden with seating.

Ideal for walkers & cyclists alike the cottage offers plenty of space for you to relax & unwind. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets in the summer or during the autumn/winter months, the cottage becomes a wonderfully snug hideaway, with the woodburning stove making it the perfect place to curl up after exploring the local area. Not suitable for babies or toddlers.

The Lavender Cottage provides self-catering accommodation in a beautiful rural setting with fantastic views and a tranquil atmosphere. The cottage has been extensively renovated to thoroughly modern standards. Patio doors open out on to a lovely south facing terrace and the garden stretches out to views over open fields and beautiful Astley Abbotts village. National cycle routes, public footpaths and the historic towns of Bridgnorth, Ironbridge & Much Wenlock are within easy reach.

The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

Situated at the delightful Maws Craft Centre which was originally a Victorian Mill Tile works with art, craft and design studios situated in the Ironbridge Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Peaceful and quiet the area offering many countryside walking trails to enjoy and riverside pubs with outdoor seating and places to eat nearby. Lots to see and do, a short walk from Ironbridge offering an industrial heritage experience.
