From the large windows you can view the expansive vista of the Toyama Plain. The cottage is in an ideal location close to Tateyama Alpine Village that is recommended for guests who want to enjoy the excellent local mountaineering and skiing trails as well as general travelers to the Hokuriku area.We hope you will have an enjoyable stay at Donguri Cottage!

Welcome to "Sumiya Hagakure"! Sumiya Hagakure is located in Ichinomachi, a historic district in Hida Takayama. It quietly stands protected by the stone walls of a temple built by the lord of Takayama Castle 500 years ago. In front of it, the Enako River flows, adorned with beautiful cherry blossoms in spring and vibrant autumn foliage, offering a serene townscape that transitions from a merchant's town to a samurai's town on slightly elevated land.

"Hinoki no ie" is a wooden house surrounded by the nature of the Noto area. It's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto and it's about an hour by car from both, making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the Japanese-style room or the cozy open space. The bath is made of hinoki, Japanese cypress. When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The sea is also very close.
