Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

Breathtaking View-Tranquility-SotirAli Stone House

Perfectly located in the adjoining field to the village of Myrsini, "Sotir Ali Stone House" is a beautiful stone built farmhouse that is perched among olive groves, overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".

Το διαμέρισμα είναι νέο και βρίσκετε στο Ίστρον Λασιθίου κοντά στις παραλίες Βούλισμα, Καραβοστάσι , Αμμουδάρα στο δρόμο προς Ιεράπετρα και Σητεία. Κοντά υπάρχουν καταστήματα, φαρμακείο ,εστιατόρια καφετέριες και βενζινάδικο . Είναι στο πρώτο όροφο και στο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ και τον ήλιο στις ξαπλώστρες. Στον πολυτελή εσωτερικό χώρο θα βρείτε ότι χρειάζεστε για να απολαύσετε ηρεμία και άνεση στις διακοπές σας.

Χαλαρώστε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής. Το διαμερισμα βρισκεται στον 1ο οροφο και αποτελειται απο δυο κρεββατοκαμερες, καθεμια εχει δύο μονα κρεββατια. Στο καθιστικο υπάρχει, ψυγειο,μικρο κουζινακι,τραπεζι , είδοι κουζίνας, το W.C. ειναι μικρο και εχει μια μικρη μπανιέρα. Υπαρχουν δυο μεγάλες βεραντες με θέα την θαλασσα. Στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν δυο air continion , ένα σε κάθε υπνοδωματιο

Βρισκόμαστε κεντρικά στο´Ιστρον . Λίγα λεπτά από τη διάσημη αμμώδη παραλία βούλισμα. Στο ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα μας θα βρείτε ηρεμία κ χαλάρωση κατά τη διάρκεια των διακοπών σας! Θα έχετε επίσης μια θέση στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητό σας ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμά σας για μέγιστη ευκολία! Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται κοντά σε coffee bar , pub , mini markets , bus station .
