BBQ on the grill, relax in the screened-in porch, build a camp fire in the fire pit or use this as your basecamp to explore the best of the Smokies, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
