Missile Silo Adventure Camping, sleeping under the stars! What better way to experience life in the Smoky Hills of Kansas than primitive camping at a former Missile Base. Here I am repurposing an abandoned Missile Base into an Adventure Resort. Learn about the first rockets that brought us to the Space-Age. Missile Base Tours 1 hr historical tour of the Atlas F Missile Base including the underground bunker is available for $20 for adults, $15 for veterans & $10 for children!

Sunsets and bonfires are beautiful on on the farm. 7 miles north of historic Abilene. We are located on blacktop. We have an array of barnyard critters including but not limited to longhorns, turkeys, roosters, goats, cats, a lamb, some chickens and a couple barking lazy dogs. No pets please, for the health & safety of our livestock.

Dragonfly Inn has an ice air cooler to keep the space more comfortable in the evening. Replacement ice packs are located in the small icebox in the cafe. Both sides have full-sized beds with sheets & bedding provided and a cozy dinette up front that converts into a twin-sized bed.
