An idyllic beach haven set in the heart of South Devon. The Bolt Hole has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 with a superking, king and two single beds. Beautifully presented throughout with a nautical and rustic theme, and in a great location for water-sports, restaurants and waterside dining, just a few minutes from all local amenities. The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), firing up the BBQ and cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

A stones throw from eclectic Fore Street it is a quiet and secluded cottage, along a secret passage. Pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries to Salcombe within walking distance. Dogs maybe accepted on request.

Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach.
