The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Only a 5 minute drive to GOTL, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Short drive to many local wineries. Window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos. Laundry facilities available.

I have named this house Irene's Place. It is right off I-90 in Kingsville, Ohio. Minutes from the Wineries, The Spire, Lake Erie, Ashtabula and Conneaut Harbor Districts, and Golf Courses. There is plenty of parking for a boat and trailer. The interior is bright and quiet. All rooms are on one floor.
