Within 2 - 3 min walk from shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. Perfect for family entertaining too with large living space. Very light & airy home with parking. 20 minute walk along the beautiful Perth Road and water front to the new V&A Museum on Dundee's waterfront and a golfing paradise with dozens of world class courses within a short drive.

Balnabea

Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!

Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
