Im Schlossquartier

In direkter Nähe zum Schmieheimer Schloss kannst du die Ruhe und Natur genießen. In ca. 20 Minuten bist du beim Europapark. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich ein schöner Spielplatz und große Wiesen. Mit ein paar Schritten bist du im Wald oder in den Weinbergen und kannst von dort die Aussicht bis zu den Vogesen genießen. Wir haben Wert darauf gelegt, nur hochwertige Naturmaterialen zu verwenden. Du bist umgeben von Holz, Lehm und Naturfarben. Ein rundum gesundes Raumklima.

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Freiburg 44 km/Colmar 60 km/Straßburg 32km. Schöne Touren nach Frankreich in die Vogesen und in den Südschwarzwald sind möglich. Grenznähe zu Frankreich 13 km; zur Schweiz 90 km. (Die 5% Übernachtungssteuer sind im Übernachtungspreis bereits enthalten und werden nicht besonders berechnet)

The spacious 4-room apartment (mezzanine) with 100sqm is located in a quiet part of Lahr/Black Forest. The accommodation is conveniently located close to the A5 motorway (5km, approx. 7min). Europa-Park is 20 minutes (16Km) away by car. There are good shopping facilities in the nearby supermarket with a bakery (5 minutes), a restaurant (5 minutes walk), bus stop (50m), children's playground in sight. Free parking. Bed linen, towels and WiFi included.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist in einem Einfamilienhaus in Mahlberg, Mahlberg ist eine kleine Stadt im Südwesten von Baden-Württemberg und gehört zum Ortenaukreis und liegt zwischen den Vorbergen des Schwarzwalds und dem Rhein in der Oberrheinischen Tiefebene zwischen den Städten Freiburg im Breisgau im Süden (ca. 40 km) und Offenburg im Norden (ca. 26 km).
