The apartment is located on a quiet street between the new and old town. There are 2 beaches within 700m. Guaranteed parking space nearby on a walking distance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with a sleeping sofa for children, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee maker. Two big balconies with a sea view to use for pictures. One balcony has 2 art rattan swings. Unlimited internet access, 2 TVs, iron, hair-dryer, towels.

This is our guests' favorite part of Primorsko, according to independent reviews. We speak Russian and English.

Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
