Nalazi se na 3 katu s kojeg se pruža predivan pogled na more te zalazak sunca,najbliža plaža udaljena je samo 4 minute hoda 400 metara od objekta isto kao i najbliže trgovine, caffe barovi te restorani.Bus stanica se nalazi 300m od objekta te turiste vodi do centra grada, autobusnog kolodvora koji je 10 min od Dikla,zračna luka je udaljena 15 min.

Near the house there is a church, the distance from the beach and promenade is around 100 m as well as from the nearby caffe bar, grocery store,restaurant and children playground. The city center is only 6 km away, the nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 16 km away from the apartment.

The apartment has a large kitchen with living room, two bedrooms (one with double bed, bathroom and one room with two beds) and three terrace with beautiful sea views.
