Cuenta con parking privado y acceso a las zonas comunes de la finca que ofrecen piscina, spa y barbacoa. Es un lugar perfecto para familias, con una visión panorámica de toda la bahía de Santa Cruz de La Palma, rodeados de amplios espacios verdes y jardines.

Die Casa Miguelita liegt im Herzen La Palmas mit Panoramablick auf die Berge der Caldera, das Aridanetal und den Atlantik in einer absolut ruhigen Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele der Insel sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar, so dass jeder auf seine Kosten kommt. Für Wanderfreunde sind Vulkanroute und Caldera de Taburiente nicht weit. Bis zur Stadtmitte und zum Strand sind es 4 Kilometer. Das Dorf San Pedro, sind es auch nur knapp 4 Kilometer. Das nächste, gute Restaurant heißt ALMENDROS, und das ist 1 km von dem Gästehaus entfernt. Hier ist keine Klimaanlage notwendig.
