The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a dual coffee maker (drip and pods). We offer complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler with reusable icepacks, and a wagon, making trips to the beach hassle-free.

Relax in one of the chaise lounges on the patio beside the fountain. Inside the unit hurricane impact windows and doors quiet sounds from the surrounding activities. We are 1 block from the beach & fishing pier, and half a block from the town center, restaurants, Ice cream parlors, bars w. live music and shops. There are four modern rental 1/1 apartments, all are similar in size, design and layout. Location: 1 block S.of Comm. blvd. E. side of Ocean Dr. (across from Walgreen)

Please Note: A $25 /day pool fee applies from November 1st to April 30th. one small dog( up to 15 Ib) is allowed, extra charge for shedding dogs.

Second floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
