Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Middle Barn, Rushton Spencer

Middle Barn is a recently converted barn which has many original features as well as modern comforts including underfloor heating downstairs, excellent WiFi, and finished to a high standard. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park Farm Stays’ and situated on a working farm which has 3/4 of a mile of frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through the farm, makes this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a delightful hideaway in the lovely hamlet of Elkstones in the Peak District. Affording a little taste of country living with views over 'The Secret Valley' being enjoyed from the outside seating area.Enjoy waking up to the sound of a wood pecker and falling asleep to the hooting of an owl.  (Unless they are on holiday themselves) . A hideaway space to truly savour in the grounds of a converted chapel on the edge of the Peak District offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit, see and experience. The accommodation is an ensuite one roomed studio, sleeping up to 4, with a double sleigh bed and a double sofa bed (comfortably sleeps 2 children or 1 adult, maybe 2 at a squeeze).
