Owls Rest is a off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Hare's Folly) quiet & idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views of Sulby Reservoir & farm land, beautiful sunsets & an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub. This log house and its Hot Tub & Sauna are totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric gates via Park Farm.

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Lodge has large bedroom en-suite with a separate shower, jacuzzi bath and sauna. Wonderful open plan kitchen dining and living room with exceptional views and private decking. Lodge is fully equipped plus fast broadband for working remotely. The village has 2 pubs and shop. Easy access to motorway.

Relax on a Warwickshire farm, in our luxury Glamping cabin on the edge of a beautiful lake. Tranquil and excluded, you’re the only guests here! Take in the exclusive views of the lake, and enjoy a BBQ and dip in the hot tub - sunset views here are particularly stunning! Perfect for romantic getaways, birthday celebrations, anniversaries and trips with friends, our Glamping cabin has superb amenities for two adults. The local area has a selection of great restaurants, attractions and shops.

Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

The Vine Cabin is a hand built snug insulated wooden cabin with woodburner, within sight and sound of the River Wreake where you can use our canoes . Sleeps up to 5 (2 in bunks), basic cooking facilities. Canoe building holidays by arrangement. The built in bunk can take 2 people ( increasing the capacity to 6, but they need to be friendly!!). Please bring sleeping bags for the built in bunk (the other beds have bedding provided)

Situated in the Vale of Belvoir, this self-contained, open plan studio sleeps two people comfortably and includes a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, high speed Wifi and Smart TV. Surrounded by countryside, Harby is ideal for walking, cycling and being in the great outdoors. There are an abundance of public footpaths in the Vale and we can provide plenty of inspiration and maps!

Springfield Cabin

Springfield Cabin is located on our working farm within the village of Wilbarston on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border. Built entirely by the hosts, this space aims to offer a welcome retreat for couples seeking a countryside experience or a place to relax. The cabin sits in a private area, has its own wood-fired hot tub, and overlooks the farm’s fields.

Annie the Annex: Home from home & fully equipped

Centrally located, with a 5 minute walk to Ilkeston town centre. A short 5 minute walk to the bus stop with direct links to Nottingham and Derby and a 20 minute walk to the train station. We are close to the Erewash canal which offers many scenic walks and the Peak District is just an hours drive away.
