Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato nel 2021 facile da raggiungere e in posizione ottima per chi desidera visitare la Biennale. Presenta un ingresso indipendente, cucina accessoriata, bagno con doccia, camera da letto e ampio soggiorno con divano-letto. È  situato a pochi passi da una zona commerciale tipicamente veneziana, troverai negozi di vario genere frequentati soprattutto dalla gente del luogo. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
