We look forward to welcoming you to Ballincard House! Take a step back in time and enjoy the charm of your private apartment located on the second floor of our 19th Century Georgian home. If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

This property is situated at No. 3 Theatre Lane in the heart of Limerick City Centre. The townhouse is within walking distance of all the History, Shopping, Restaurants and Bars that Limerick has to offer. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a high quality finish and is very spacious and bright with many skylights throughout the property, all with blackout blinds. High speed internet/Netflix, no cable tv Smart TVs in all three bedrooms

Recently renovated, this stylish, open plan barn conversion is set in the idyllic rural landscape of County Clare. It adjoins my 150 year old stone farmhouse, and offers a self-contained holiday space ideal for those who like peace and quiet 'off the beaten track'. Located just a few yards outside the entrance gate to the award winning, world famous Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort. The cottage has been completely transformed in 2023 in to a beautiful luxurious home beside all the amenities that the charming village has to offer. Suitable for golfers, friends, couples or families.

Private Log Cabin, fronting on to the lake with access to private harbour. Surrounded by mature woodlands, this modern but cosy cabin is positioned on Eastern Shores of Lough Derg, by Garryknnedy. Perfect for holidays at anytime of the year,it's a heaven for fishermen and nature lovers. Excellent for water sports, local forest walks, pony trekking, and relaxation. Makes great holiday base for families, or those who want to get away from it all.

Clonunion House, Adare

Clonunion House is a delightful 250 year-old farmhouse set on a working family farm in the outskirts of the picturesque village of Adare, County Limerick. The house is set in large tranquil gardens. Three guest rooms are en-suite, spacious and antique furnished. Whether it is walking the gardens, enjoying the views while eating breakfast or browsing through an interesting book in the cosy lounge, guests are sure to experience a relaxing stay.

Marina View

Marina View is a beautiful oasis located on the Shannon in the vibrant village of Killaloe/Ballina. You can relax and read, watch a film, prepare meals, or just enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The village is a leisurely ten-minute walk away. There are many cafes, a French patisserie, numerous pubs with trad music and several restaurants along with two hotels. Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.
