This thoughtfully converted cottage aims to provide you with all the comforts of a loving home, but with an abundance of style that lets you know you’re being treated somewhere far away. The property is split up over three floors, with a bespoke kitchen diner on the ground floor, an open plan living room with window seats, a log burner and a modern tv for relaxing, then the top floor provides the bedroom with large en-suite style bathroom that’s quirkily decorated to offer a truly unique stay.

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

Located within the heart of the friendly village of Lindale, which has a local pub. Lindale offers spectacular views over the Levens valley and Howgill fells and is an ideal base for those enjoying walking, mountain biking or simply relaxing. Rock Cottage retains many original features such as flag floors, beams and exposed stone walls. It also benefits from a number of luxury touches such as a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed in the master bedroom. Pay to use EV Charger at cottage.

The Edwardian town of Grange is a 5 minute drive with plenty of amenities and a lovely promenade walk. The southern end of Lake Windermere is a 12 minute drive.
