This stunning rental house, built entirely out of wood, offers a unique and authentic experience in the heart of the Liptov region. Located in the heart of the Liptov region, Chata pri Potoku is the perfect base for exploring all that this stunning area has to offer. Whether you're looking to relax in thermal spas, hit the ski slopes, or explore the nearby caves and castles, you'll find it all just a short drive away.

Serenity A: with Sauna & Jacuzzi

Apt A has 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/living area. It is suitable for 4-6 people, there is a couch for 2 people in the living room. Apt is in a complex of another 2 apartments. In the evening hours you can book your time to use sauna and jacuzzi in privacy. The evening times for which we take reservations usually are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm-6am there is a quiet time, please respect this, we do not accept any loud celebrations or parties.

Serenity studio: with Sauna & Jacuzzi

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

„Chata na stráni“ We offer accommodation in our cottage in Nižné Malatíny. Our house has two large, spacious rooms. Each room has 4 beds + extra bed. Each room has a bathroom with toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the hallway. Around the house is a terrace. For children there is a trampoline, sandpit. There is a swimming pool, gym and sauna. Sauna, swimming pool, trampoline and gym are common together for all three of our cottages.

HOUSE Serenity: with Sauna & Jacuzzi

Serenity house is situated in village Pribylina, in a residential area. There are few houses around, beautiful hills and mountain views too. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens, outdoor Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi, large garden and kids playground. The barbecues outside and large gazebo gives you enough space to enjoy:) From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time, pls respect the neighbours. We do not allow any noisy celebrations and parties.

Apartmány Friends Liptov sa nachádzajú v Liptovskom Mikuláši v tichej a príjemnej lokalite, len 8 minút pešo od centra mesta, 2,8 km od aquaparku Tatralandia a 6 km od Liptovskej Mary.
