Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.

Enjoy your stay in our 100-year old renovated Mini house immersed in historic Reynoldstown. Located one block from the Atlanta Beltline and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, parks, and more. It is the perfect place for you to relax and have fun at the same time. The property is .2 miles from MARTA (mass transit train), walking distance to shopping and dining, and convenient to downtown and the airport. The studio adjoins our home but has a separate entrance and sits on a quiet, private, dead-end street. Small pets welcome ($30 fee). Come stay!
