Situated in the village of Llangadog on the A4069 mountain road is our converted barn with off road parking, enclosed garden and a cosy log burner. With stunning views to the Black Mountain and open countryside, a short drive from the markets towns of Llandovery Llandeilo and the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Dark skies for star gazing and country walks on the doorstep. We are pet friendly with a resident cat and dogs next door. Cyclists and motorbikes welcome, tools available if required!

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

This modern, self-sufficient annexe manages to be simultaneously cosy, light and spacious; stunning views across the hills lend it a quiet majesty. Located between the Brecon Beacons and Cambrian Mountains, you will be within touching distance of some of Wales’s most iconic landscapes, including the Celtic rainforest at RSPB Dinas. It is perfectly located for walkers, cyclists, naturalists and stargazers!

Set within an acre of secluded gardens, Penroc Barn sits in the beautiful Welsh countryside just outside the market town of Llandovery. It dates from the sixteenth century and is a self-contained part of a larger property where the owner lives. Lovely old cottage, great for a relaxing get away with family or friends. Ideal quiet location on the edge of Llansadwrn village with the local friendly pub within walking distance. With the Brecon Beacons on your doorstep there is plenty to do including lots of gardens, castles and mountains to visit. A car is ideal to get around although there is a local bus stop close to the house with a service bus travelling to llandeilo or Llandovery. The nearest railway station is Llangadog.

A separate downstairs lounge contains the original oven/stove and has a large window seat providing beautiful views across the valley. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
