Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

This cabin sits right on the main channel of the Arkansas River. It is built from cedars cut from surrounding land and mostly repurposed items. The train tracks run alongside the river, so guests can enjoy both train and barge traffic. The loft bedroom is accessed by stairs that would be more aptly described as a ladder; it would be dangerous for small children or people who are not well balanced.
