Upstairs, the two generous bedrooms share a bathroom and feature queen sized beds. With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

Briar Lane House

Briar Lane House offers country homestead accommodation in the heart of historic Evandale village. Situated on 5 acres, amongst manicured gardens, we are the perfect base from which to explore Northern Tasmania, or just rest and unwind. Breakfast provisions are provided including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and jams. There is also a second house at Briar Lane which houses Suites 1 and 2. It is separated from the main homestead by the rose garden.

The cottage is warm and cosy with a real flame gas fire to keep you toasty. This cottage has one king bed and one queen bed with natural fibre bedding and electric blankets.
