Little Nook - Lytham St Annes/Blackpool/Preston

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Home Farm Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Home Farm cottage was once part of the Lytham Hall estate, we are nestled on a farm of 400 acres with stunning woodland walks, 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to Lytham town and all its famous attractions. Including our neighbours Lytham Hall a stunning Grade I listed Georgian House and grounds dating back to the 12th Century. Attached to the farm house is the Bothy. both properties are avaliable to book together if avaliable.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Our two bedroom flat is over a busy cafe bar (open 8am to 8pm everyday) on the main road through Longton. Ideal for families visiting relatives locally Longton is just a few miles from the M6, M61 and M65, making it an ideal location for anyone working in Preston, Leyland or Chorley areas. Please note the bar may be open later on Bank Holidays and at Xmas and New Year.
