Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Strawberry and blueberry beds right outside your front door! Cabin sleeps 4-Queen bed lower level - two twins in loft. With special arrangements a larger party could be accommodated in spacious field.

Whiteface Brookside Cottage - An Enchanting Escape

We love it every time we can get up north to our classic Adirondack home-away-from-home. From the spacious kitchen to the 3 comfy queen beds and the bunk room, to the wonderful fireplace, to the cozy separate sitting areas, to the living room with cathedral ceiling, to the huge front porch and the back yard fire pit... we love visiting our sweet place in Wilmington/Whiteface. We know you will too! Note: We absorb the cleaning fee! Guests should leave our home as clean and tidy as possible.

Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

The Lake Placid House

Cozy and comfortable full cottage with 3 bedrooms including a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room that has a full/twin bunk and a full separate bed in the room as well. Mountain views to the east and a short walk to the village. A wood stove in the living room and radiant floors in the bathrooms and first floor living space help to keep you nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and 1 has a tub and the other has an oversized tile shower. Convenient to downtown.
