The Glamp Camp at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid "Glamp Camp" at Sweetwater Farm! Tucked away on the back of our 40 acre farm, this one-room cabin sleeps 2 people comfortably. Outside you'll find a private fire pit & charcoal grill, a shared outdoor kitchen pavilion w/ gas grill (stocked with cooking supplies) & an outdoor bathroom w/ a real flushing toilet, sink and outdoor shower. Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

The Admiral's Loft

The Admiral's Loft sits high in the treetops with keyhole views of the bay from a private deck. It is close to downtown but set back on a quiet dead-end street. The apartment has been fully renovated. Marble countertops, tiled shower, hardwood floors, leather couch, antique and hardwood furniture make this a luxurious feeling space. A/C throughout. On the deck there is a long couch for two people to lay on, a dining space for 4, a high-end electric grill and a cooler. Beach stuff supplied.

The SugarShack at Sweetwater

Welcome to our off-the-grid cabin, sleeping 2-4 people with an upstairs loft & downstairs custom Murphy bed. It's equipped with lights, mini-fridge, Bluetooth speakers & an indoor/outdoor bar. We make off-grid living easy with luxury bedding, fresh bread and eggs from our farm, locally-roasted coffee, cream, ice, a hot outdoor shower (seasonal), firewood, marshmallows, battery-operated lights, and a wood-fired hot tub! Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Dante’s Inferno Luxury queen bed + many extras

Gorgeous canvas bell tent in secluded setting, outfitted with luxuriously dressed queen memory foam bed, pillows, table, lighting, chairs, outdoor patio set + hammocks. Coffee and tea with cream & sugar avail all day. We provide drinking water, a cooler to use, everything but your clothes and meals (except breakfast, we have that covered!) *Solo Stove for a private Glampsite fire available to rent for $50/night, all wood provided. Limited inventory, must reserve, first come first served

Waterfront Paradise! Sweeping ocean river views & gorgeous sunsets! Swim, paddle board or watch the tides come and go on the private dock and raft. Enjoy a book, nap or meal on the screened-in porch or patio. Bring your own boat and cruise the day away. Close to beaches - Stage Fort (5 min) and Good Harbor (12 min) as well as cafes, shops and nightlife in town center (10 min).

Need a quiet workspace away from the kids/family but don't want to leave home? Looking for an extra bedroom for family members home from college or Hampton's guest overflow? Park our RV in your driveway for extra room! All the comforts of home with queen bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, AC/Heat, shower, TV/DVD, outdoor patio. Important to note this is for rent with the idea that you would pick up the RV and take to your home- NOT FOR RENT IN OUR DRIVEWAY.

Camping on a Private Pond

Picturesque setting on a small pond and a brook for fishing. A bit off the beaten path, yet three miles to the closest store. (There is NO wi-fi or cell service on the pond but you may come up to the house if necessary). We have local hiking and two large lakes close by. Farmer's markets and acclaimed theatre are available throughout the Fall along with local beer-fests. Most of all, we have one of the most stunning foliage seasons in the country!
