Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

The newly renovated "Casa Mina" sits in the lovely town of Loveno, a 20-minute walk (or short drive) above Menaggio. The building itself was at one time a Monastery, but that was at least 200 years ago! We renovated the apartment in 2025, specifically to prepare it for Airbnb. Now it is a light-filled, brand new & super stylish 3-person apartment, with all the modern amenities, but it's still got that old Italian cultural feel.

Villa Sanziana #0 is a spacious ground-floor apartment in Villa Sanziana, ideal for families or groups of friends, with a stunning view of Lake Como. It features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, patio and private garden. Fast Wi-Fi, private parking and shared laundry. A car is recommended, though walking or public transport is also possible, even if not very frequent.
