Low Wood - woodland glamping pod

Nestled in between woodland within the ancient temperate rainforest of Borrowdale in the Lake District; our wooden glamping pod is an idyllic place to base yourselves to explore the National Nature Reserve and beyond. We are situated near Grange village, with miles of footpaths from our doorstep, adventure awaits! We recommend the pod suits a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. There is one double bed and one double sofa bed in the pod. If 4 adults stay, the pod becomes quite tight for space.

We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

Camping barn under Catbells in the Lake District

We are a nature friendly farm at the foot of Catbells. Great walking straight from the door. We cater for walkers and cyclists who will appreciate the peace and quiet of the location. The accommodation is very basic with a small kitchen area, a wood burning stove, 3 single mattresses, and a double bed on the mezzanine. The bathroom is next to the camping barn, and there is a washing up area outside.

Superb views from the riverside garden & fell side views from inside the house. Quiet location in Grange, just 4 miles from Keswick by bus, car or bike following the shore of the lake.

Olives cottage is located in the heart of the Lake District! The cottage sleeps 7 guests, there is a private drive and on street parking. The 3 bedroom cottage has a king bedroom, a twin bedroom (this can be made into a super king bed on request) and a bunk bed (double bed with a single top bunk).
