This 3BR + sleepable den (with dedicated workspace) sleeps 8 and features a private heated pool, spacious lanai with firepit & outdoor TV, and Smart TVs in every room. This 3Bed /2Bath is centrally located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood; walkable distance to the shopping center, stores and just few minutes driving to the beach. The open floor plan concept and high ceilings provide natural light; the minute you walk into the house you get to see open view to the pool and the canal. The large screened lanai offers canal views, heated pool + jetted spa (extra $15/day) summer kitchen, counter top bar and seating perfect to cook your catch of the day.

Enjoy a large open 1st floor flat (no stairs) with a pool table, 65" TV, full kitchen, and dining table. The backyard pool, dock and patio are in a fenced-in area for fishing, grilling, and playing with your pets. Walk to Tigertail Beach, grocery store and the best restaurants on Marco. Water sports, Everglades tours, shopping, farmers market and art fairs are all within a short walk or drive. There is a 2nd floor (unaccessible to 1st floor) that only my family uses when we come down from NJ.
