Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Sunny annexe on the edge of Gower

A welcoming space in a bright, sunny room that is located on the edge of Gower, making it the perfect base to explore Mumbles and the Gower peninsula. The property is situated next to Clyne Golf Course and the private room has views over the fairways. Located in Mayals, you can enjoy walks from the door across the golf course, through Clyne Park or along the promenade to Mumbles. It's a short drive to the Arena, Swansea University and Singleton hospital. The room has private access and parking.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Welcome to our large modern and spacious apartment in this beautiful seaside location. It has 180 degree views over Langland Bay which can be enjoyed from the bright & airy open plan living space as well as from the balcony. The apartment is ideally located only a short walk from Langland Beach and 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Mumbles. This is a perfect base to explore the beaches of Gower and enjoy the surf, swimming, sunbathing and walking on offer.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Enjoy the added luxuries of underfloor heating, Netflix and Amazon prime, breakfast with sea views and your own patio/decking area. The flat has 1 kingsized bed with an en-suite. Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

Gower Country Cottage

Located on the Gower, our beautiful stable conversion is set in a peaceful location on its own grounds. Surrounded by countryside its ideal for walkers, biking and a short drive from the beaches. Newly decorated and furnished, this contemporary farmhouse has a classic feel with modern features including underfloor heating. I will personally meet and greet on arrival. The lovely Village of Mumbles is also only a stroll down the road, bustling with some lovely boutique shops, coffee shops and wine bars.
