My cottage is located minutes from excellent dining options, outdoor activities like: fishing in the world famous Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian Inlet, relaxing on the beach, kayaking, bike-riding, live music and much more. Load up the boat or just pack sun screen and come see why I wouldn't live anywhere else! The cottage is two miles from Skydive Sebastian. You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. A peaceful neighborhood to walk or bike. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!
