We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

It is one block from The Factory at Walton Mill wedding venue and two streets away from The Engine Room wedding venue. For the adventurous, SkyDive Monroe is only one mile away. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the University of Georgia campus for all the Dawgs fans!
