The cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac, with an enclosed front garden, complete with a table, chairs, and BBQ. Explore the North Devon coast, the great beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton and Exmoor National Park, with its dramatic cliffs, villages, rolling hills, and wildlife.

Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
