A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Cosy house in historic village near Cumbria Way.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The Coach House is an eighteenth century building at the heart of the village of Hesket Newmarket. The village has a famous community pub, the Old Crown, a shop and a brewery and is a great base for exploring the northern fells or as a stop on the Cumbria Way. The Coach House has been a moot hall, a musical instrument workshop and a garage. It became a house in the 1980s and was restored in 2023 to make a comfortable holiday home.

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

This beautifully presented modern, airy two bedroom bungalow sleeps up to four and one dog and is located at the foot of Blencathra mountain range in the traditional lakeland village of Threlkeld near Keswick. Due to the unique location of Sunnyside guests can enjoy the spectacular views of St John's in the Vale and mountain ranges such as Hellwelyn from the living room and patio. Sunnyside has a fully equipped diner kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 twin room and 1 king) off road parking.

Recently renovated the cottage has a traditional, cosy feel with great views across the valley. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, a separate dining area, and a sitting area with WiFi, TV and DVD. One bedroon with double bed and en-suite wetroom with walk in shower.

Spectacularly situated in the beautiful Buttermere valley, Wood House Cottage offers sole use of the cottage for your group. The lake is a one minute walk away, where there is a delightful pebble beach and a breathtaking view. The Byre - cottage in converted barn nr Ullswater

Ideal for couples. Completed in 2020, The Byre is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater in the Lake District. Thornythwaite Farm is in Matterdale which is a peaceful valley off the beaten track but with great access to all the popular areas of the Lakes. There are plenty of walks from the door and a good pub, The Royal, is just a short stroll down the road.
