The central, walkable location is on a popular bike route with multiple transportation options and easy access to many Vancouver attractions, including downtown, Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth Park, and more. The neighbourhood has ample free parking (level-2 electric vehicle charging is also available for smaller vehicles).

Vancouver General Hospital, Main St attractions, and Trout Lake Farmers' Market (Saturdays, Apr-Oct) are a short bus ride away. Canada Place cruise ship terminal is an 18 min Uber ride.
