Its a 2 minute drive to the M1 motorway, 2 minute drive to the local shopping village or a 5 minute drive to the larger shopping precinct in Robina.. The beach is a 15 minute drive and the hinterland rainforest trails are also a 15 minute drive inland... It is a comfortable home to stay in and can accommodate large to small family's or accommodate those here for business..

The house and grounds are not suitable for younger children, toddlers or babies.
